“The last testament of time stands before me, if this battle is lost, the world shall descend into darkness, and all hope shall be lost.”
Those were the famous last words of sir Myrad the greatest warrior of his time, before he rode into battle against the dark forces of what is only known today as the Abyss, The army of the darkest tyrant ever to set foot on the planes of Vispera.
As the noble knight breathed his last; his chest pierced with the blade of Karaka, the evil tyrant king, the empire darkened, as if someone pulled a sheet over the sun. Plants withered, cities crumbled, entire populations suddenly disappeared. Survivors were used as slaves to build the Dark king’s empire, and those who were skilled in fighting joined the Abyss. Karaka’s army grew and so did his empire, all hope left the people and they blindly accepted the new king’s rule, for if they did not, death surly followed. The lush fields and forests of Vispera turned to barren deserts, the darkened sky only making them look more inhospitable.
By some miracle however, one place remained, untouched by the darkness, free of the king’s evil reach. This, is where the prophesier stayed, the ancient elf knew this would happen and started her own army, though almost minuscule in size compared to the sheer vastness of Abyss, her warriors however possessed special gifts that made them much stronger, their training made them more educated in the strategies of battle. Many doubted the elf, but she foretold a prophesy, that a mighty army would rise to challenge the Abyss, the warriors would come in all talents and each one would know the way to the untouched city at birth.
That very prophesy was foretold long before the elf started to gather her small army, most of them came on their own, escaping from the wastes, refusing to join the Abyss. However, some were born in the free city and joined on their own.
Centuries past and one day the elf was found dead on her balcony, a small dagger protruding from her neck. Some suspected a traitor, while others insisted that it was a hired assassin, hired by Karaka’s court to relieve the threat. Despite the elf’s death, the army continued to grow on its own, until the city could not hold all the warriors, forcing them to go out and seek an area to build a camp. They eventually found it, an area right at the edge of the dark king’s kingdom. Many perished trying to defend the small campsite, until a decision was made to build one of the largest forts of all time. The construction of the fort took years, some of the gifted already giving birth to second generations of the legendary warriors. Eventually the fort was completed and with it the second generation was old enough to fight.
You are the third generation of these warriors, the most powerful yet. The time has come to pit your wits against the Abyss, to show them your might with no mercy. A full age of time has passed and the dark king grows weaker, but do not be fooled. The scouts reported a large contingent of soldiers marching towards the fort Apreina, with no room for error and no way of escape it is now or never. Yet again the battle’s outcome will decide the future of the empire.

Half human, yet she won’t reveal her other half, even though it is rather easy to deduce from her nightly outings and her preferred eating habits.

as silent as she is deadly Carra is an experienced assassin, as expected she is rather quiet, but given the chance she will talk your ear off.
Abilities:
Her speed is her greatest weapon, at will she can increase her speed to either escape from an enemy, or to cut of its retreat.
One of her traits were passed onto her by her father, are her eyes. Her eyes are so sensitive that she can spot things that many cannot, it also helps her with finding the right opportunity to sink her throwing knives into the neck of her victim.
Because of her heritage, carra can infect others and turn them into lesser vampires, but some of the time she chooses just to make them into minoins, using them to carry out some of her missions.
Her last ability also contributes to her success as an assassin, the ability to modify her weight without changing her figure, she can be as light as air or as heavy as a boulder at her will.
Weapons:
Carra prefers throwing knives and has a deadly accuracy with them, but she carries a dagger that she hides in her boot. She occasionally uses an old hunting bow that she had taken off one of her targets. Last but not least she carries two vials of a potent poison that she either coats her blades with, or slips it into her enemy’s food and drink, if the need calls for it.
Bio:
Carra was born in the fort as it was being built, that in itself suggests her real age to about ninety years or more, making her to be one of the very first third generations. Her abilities aided the elder at the time to appoint her as an assassin, mainly because she excelled at it. The elders choices were just for show and by the time the others of the generation came of age the new elder had ruled it out, making it possible for any to choose their profession regardless of their skills.
Manny called Carra small for her age, but they were instantly silenced when they observed her skill. Carra developed a friendship with one of the most unlikely people for her kind, and after saving Bren Moon’s life he became her constant companion.

Although Bren is a werewolf he never appears in human form, saying that he prefers being the way he is ,when in truth he cannot change back for some unknown reason. Bren is very protective and quite friendly. He always tries to help where he can and will willingly jump in front of an ally in the heat of battle to protect them from an incoming blow.

Minor regeneration:
Bren can heal at a much faster rate than normal beings, however he cannot regenerate limbs other than minor appendages like his ear, which has been grown back close to twelve times already.
Blood rage:
If a friend or ally is badly hurt in front of Bren’s eyes he can go into a rage that successfully trebles his stamina, making him a fearsome foe indeed.
Telepathy:
Since his muzzle impends his speech he usually chooses to communicate by thought, sometimes projecting them to all the people in the room when he is making a report or confining in only one person when the topic needs an element of discretion. Most people are so used to Bren’s manner of speech that they take it as a normal thing. This ability also serves useful because Bren can talk to an individual some distance away.
Weapons:
Bren uses his spear <seen in pick> that he crafted himself. As a precautionary measure he also carries a large bone dagger at his waist. If both fail him he uses his superior size and strength against his opponent, a swipe of his paw at the right place could crush a man’s skull.
Bio:
Bren’s parents were from the fort, but he was born far from it. During a raiding party, both his parents were killed, only his blood rage saved him. Later he made it to the fort seeking shelter, recognising him because he looked like his parents he was taken in. shortly after the ordeal Bren found it near impossible to revert back to his human form. Accepting this he moved on, using his new body to his advantage. He found a friend in a vampire that later saved his life, feeling no hatred towards his new found friend he became her loyal companion, vowing never to leave her side.
