it's that time again,. and this time it has to be done. The whole things gone screwy. In 1 attack, All my armor's and weapons condition reduced to 0. Which is not supposed to happen to anyone.

Time to reset the whole thing.

Nope no rules to attacking although you can only attack one person so many times a day. Say if you attack RyeRye 5 times, you can't attack him again for 24 hours. I can't actually remember the limit of attacks but there is a limit.
